CMHC is an amazing group, this group goes above and beyond to help the people in need… I am a living witness… they have bent over backwards for me and my family without hesitation… they have helped me in so many kinds of ways, I really didn’t think was possible… but they together pulled through. I know that God had something to do with helping to organize this group, because the hearts of these people moves mountains… And I am so grateful… “Thank you CMHC”!! -NM
I have a family of 4. We have spent many years helping others and very rarely have needed assistance. The one time I connected with Cobb Moms Helping Cobb for help, they went way above and beyond. I needed some help with rent for sure and I really tried to not ask for anything other than what I really needed. But as we talked, of course other expenses came up on the board, that I wasn't asking for help with but they helped anyway. They also helped me with bus fare for a month to get to work. This group is such a blessing. I am so thankful to them. and even now if I can't help someone I will send them to Cobb mom's to see if they can help. Thank you Cobb Moms for being such a wonderful blessing! -MC
I came across CMHC back in 2021. I was looking for some help with my pregnant teenage coworker; I reached out to them on behalf of her situation. They raised money to get her housing and she's currently doing excellent. Two years later I was unable to work due to serious health issues and I reached out to CMHC because I had nobody else to turn to; the amount of support was overwhelming. I cried so much for people still existing that have hearts. They made it easier for myself and my children to survive without worries and I'm so grateful for all the amazing donors. - MC
Cobb Moms Helping Cobb has been an amazing resource for our community. I work in property management and see what struggles people go through and recently have had some personal struggles. Asking for help is hard, but CMHC made it easy to ask for help without feeling judged. I have seen the growth in this organization throughout the years which not only includes monetary assistance but resources for additional assistance throughout the community. I am so grateful to be part of this group! - TB
CMHC truly saved me when I first moved to Cobb County. I was escaping an abusive relationship all the way from California and came with a baby and not much more. The first year was tough. CMHC helped me with groceries on multiple occasions when I had only enough to pay rent. Fast forward to now - I just closed on my first home. Knowing I had support and being able to use it made all the difference in my journey. Thank you. - AM
